Heather Rose & Pilot Lites present Horrific! A Halloween Drive-In Burlesque show to benefit the Maine Music Alliance.
Heather Rose is a local fantasy burlesque performer, director and producer. Pilot Lites is a local podcast where a gal & her pals celebrate their love of weed, snacks, & TV, and they also have experience producing their own silly shows.
The goal of Horrific! is to raise $10,000 to benefit Maine Music Alliance. Maine Music Alliance aspires to aid in keeping our local venues sustainable, our musicians creating and our communities connected. They desire to gain recognition for the essential role our venues have played and continue to play in helping define the culture as it exists in Portland today. Member venues collectively provide thousands of jobs, millions of dollars in revenues, charitable donations and taxes. As performers, our goal is to get back on those stages one day!
Safety is our #1 priority in this event.
Cars will be fully distanced & we will have projections of the live feed from the stage for even the furthest cars to not miss a single, sexy, horrific detail!
This drive-in style burlesque show will give you the options to either:
Sit in your vehicle, windows up, tune into the radio for audio
Sit in your vehicle, windows down, masks REQUIRED
Sit outside your vehicle, in your own chairs, or hatchback, masks REQUIRED
Costumes encouraged, masks required
Masks are required for moving around the campgrounds. Sanitizing stations, Port-A-Potties, and bathroom facilities with running water on site.
There will be a designated smoking area, with a capacity limit; no smoking allowed in audience parking. No pets please.
No glass bottles, please clean up after yourself
This event will be hosted by local drag royalty, Cherry Lemonade & Kelsea Dunham, head pilot of Pilot Lites.
Our performers are Diamond Deville, Georgi Petals, Buttah, Captain Eli, Coviceá, Charlie Quinn, Cherry Lemonade, Rosie Havoc, Iona fortune, Aubergine Dream, Ginger Rita, Delilah in Chains & Heather Rose. Our stage kittens will be Maggie Fitz and MANificent.

The winters in New England have always been harsh, so to kill time and boredom, olden time folk would have spelling bees. (Listen, they didn’t have Netflix to chill to.) Have you ever wondered what it would be like to see some of your favorite Portland, Maine performers compete in a spelling bee? The idea has us cracking up, so we’ve decided to make it happen!
We’re working on gathered our favorite drag performers, Superhero Lady Armwrestlers of Portland, comedians, musicians, burlesque performers and any other pals we forgot to see who’s got the spelling stuff to be crowned GAASP champ. Official after party at Black Cow Burgers! This event will have an ASL interpreter.
